An extraordinary performance between music, art, and cuisine will delight our eyes and taste by leading us onto a distant trip to the Chinese region of Sichuan. Two Chinese cooks will recall the magical smells and tastes of Sichuan by showing us in real time the art of Chinese taste, from their particular cutting techniques to their peculiar use of spices. Within the same theme, Tang Maohong videos that treat food in an artistic way and take possession again of daily life in art. Huzi, Dj and performer, completes the evening with a music project in which environmental music mixed with electronic sounds for an hypnotizing and typically Chinese outcome in a contemporary context!
