Klangforum Wien . Inebriation in eight parts

If you like contemporary music and wine you cannot miss this concert, which proposes a scenery worthy of the god Dionysus. Klangforum Wien celebrates the big composers of our generation with a symposium respectful of the ancient Greek tradition. Forget lectures and panels... this symposium consists of eight hours of wine, music, and innovative gastronomical delicacies, aiming at reaching an inebriated status. With this project a new genre is created, exploring a territory largely unknown for contemporary classical music: the dimension of sound experienced under the influence of substances which alter the state of mind.
