After having discussed the future of the alpine landscape in the last edition, this year BAU proposes once again the “Mittagstisch” choosing the apple production as the theme. Starting from the performance “Futura” by Nico Angiuli, which took place in Terlano during the month of July. They will be discussing the different aspects from this production field, from the cultivation of the different qualities to the sales, all together with pomologists, farmers and communication experts. Apart from expert’s speeches that will focus particularly on the aspect of the mechanization of the agricultural processes, some of the production chain steps will be expressed through performance also. Instead in terms of the culinary aspect the guests will be delighted to a light lunch served by Luis Agostini, and obviously always in line with the “apple” theme.
