Frans Lanting
Photography, a symphonic orchestra and the narration of our planet's history: an ambitious project ideated by Frans Lanting, one of the best known wildlife photographers. On the big screen the wild beauty of earth through Lanting's spectacular pictures, while the Haydn Orchestra plays Philip Glass, evoking the power, but also the fragility of nature. LIFE is not only a multimedia concert, but also a successful merging of art and science and a powerful way to focus the public's attention on the problems of biodiversity.
