13 “Screen Test” portrait films by Andy Warhol, with songs performed by Dean & Britta

13 silent movies by Andy Warhol, 13 screen tests which bring us back to the New York of the 60's. One of the many experimentations on celluloid of the Silver Factory. 13 personalities of that time agreed to be filmed by Andy Warhol for the duration of three minutes in front of a black screen. Each subject was asked to look at the camera without moving nor blinking during the ''screen test''. 500 were the film rolls Warhol shot from 1960 to 1964. We will meet 13 of them – for example the singer Nico, the photographer Billy Name, the musician Lou Reed, the ex-model Jane Holzer – accompanied by the compositions of Dean&Britta which bring us back to the atmospheres of New York in the glittering era of Pop.
